I am the second son of my family actually we are just two. We were brought up in ghetto where we start gambling from our young age probably 5. We are now grown up guys he is 27 and i am 20, he became a dropout because of gambling ,at 27 he has no personal achievement, i am also treading his part i almost drop out last year if not for some intervention of close friends . With all this i am unable to stop, i have lost over hundreds of thousands with no means of income even this morning i lost 16k. I am tired of my life please is it a curse or addiction

you know it's an addiction, and you are still indulging in it. don't even make me recount my "betscapades".

Don't worry, nobody will tell you, you can't gamble forever

I quitted a long time ago.
Feels good to say this, like, a mighty relief I'm feeling right now grin from the chronic gambler I was, now I have not placed a single bet 5 years now and still counting.
No such thn as fixed matches, no such thing as sure games. Betting companies and scammers will reap fortunes from your head if you don't quit and find another source of livelihood.
An Addiction to gambling is close to getting addicted to Pornography or Drugs. Sometimes it could be worse than those two put together.
Gambling will ruin you. Quit now or regret later.

Op you had 16k with you, instead of starting an online business or joining one of the forums that pays you to read and comment on their sites, na betting you go do.
Now you filled with pains and regret, tomorrow you will repeat same with your next 5k, in the hopes of recovering your losses only to loose again.
Tomorrow someone will tell me village people are not at work undecided

I do gamble before. I remember using the school fees my Dad sent to me to play baba Ijebu while in the University.

But the addiction can be curb with prayers, counseling and self-control.

God will deliver you.

Many people consider gambling bad, as many people lose a lot of money playing them. If you look at gambling from the other side, you can't understand that they can earn a living
