Most of them knew dat chance of recovery is higher than death rate but dey won't let the public know unless you hv any severe health problem like cancer, heart, lung disease and respiratory trait infection then you're open to 50-50 chance of survival but Lagos state govt saying dey might hit 120k by July is outright stupidity and uncalled for, such exaggeration should not be tolerated

I believe what he meant was increasing test totals to over 120,000 by August. He was not referring to the number of COVID-19 cases.
