Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike has been generating a lot of positive and negative attention to himself for the past few days.

The reason is because of his stringent lockdown enforcement policy. The governor was reported to have personally supervised the impounding of a truck conveying cattle from the north and arrest of the passengers for breaching the Rivers state lockdown order.
