I disagree with you. Governor is the chief security of the state. Monitoring state boundaries this period is their main responsibility especially now the north distributing Almajiris .

Truth be told ..the law enforcement agencies are making mockery of this process. Interstate borders are still very porous....they are busy making money.

They will do eye service when the governor is at the border..including PHC borders...and after the governor have left... business resumes.

It's so sad

It not always good to condemn every act by leaders. What the FCT Minister does is not what Abia governor will do etc. There is difference among different people and this difference stem from upbringing, experience etc. You can't expect to have one template upon which leaders should act. Whether some governors work hard in other aspects but don't man their borders is not important, what's important is that they arall doing what they think is best for their people. At least we can assume this.

I traveled from asaba toll-gate to Lagos last week, what I observed is that this inter-state restrictions aren't working and will never work as far as the security personnel are still Manning the inter-state borders. period.

how is that being unserious?
Borders are one of the flashpoints in the country, so it's commendable inspecting them to make sure there are no slip-ups; especially now that security agencies are sabotaging orders.

U lots cry nd complain over everything.
It's in the governor's power to self-monitor activities nd there's nothing you u can do about it.

What is Corruption? Corruption is Nigeria Police, Nigeria Police is Corruption. And Corruption is wearing uniform and that uniform is the Nigeria Police is Corruption. If you say our politicians are corrupt, they are not alone. The law enforcement agencies that suppose to enforce our laws are their escorts. In all ramifications they corrupt and corruption is the Nigeria Police.

We are quiet when these people start on us we will think it is a sad film we are watching. These people are coming to the south, when we don't have jobs for us. It is important we keep our eyes open during the day now or otherwise, we will have to keep our 2eyes open at night.
There is a plan going on at the moment hopefully it won't catch us unaware.
Tell your governors now to start employing patriotic Southerners now before it is too late.

I don't think so.. d Governors have given d order for border closure, its our security operatives that are sabotaging d whole situation. They always pretend wen their boss is around, but starts collecting bribe wen left alone.

If they failed with suicide bombing, with your reasoning they won't fail by using 'virus suicide' as a terrorist weapon to waste our lives. But, thank God we have governors who understand and chose a better course of containment.
