Even headache, they tell you "come to hospital, don't treat at home" do they really love the patients or their patient's money?

what is Buhari doing with Abacha's loot. The lifeless president was busy troubling USA to release Abacha's loot that Nigeria needed the money desperately . Now you want to start treating people in their houses instead of building more hospital for isolation centre per state. ASO Rock will be the first home to be used as isolation centre.
