SARS Operatives in Rivers State seen in the video harassing and extorting Money from Residents during COVID-19 Lockdown in Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor axis of the state on Monday the 11th of May 2020.

In the video, some residents (some of whom were apprehended in front of their homes or streets) in Woji axis of Obio/Akpor LGA were seen negotiating with the SARS Operatives on the amount to pay to regain their freedom
