World ranking not my opinion

its not about an opinion dear.

Webometrics only recognizes cliques, hence only deal with hospitals that have websites and online dealings..

What kind of myopic ranking is this? How do you compare eye clinic to fertility clinic and proper hospitals? It’s like comparing apples and yam, they are two different things and therefore cannot be compared.

How do you determine that one Hospital is better than another?

What are the metrics or indicators?

What kind of data is used to draw such a conclusion?

Hmmm...'Webometrics'?....likely means lots of research and publications by their medical personel.... which means medical hospitals and practices of the egg heads as opposed to those run by butchers, carpenters, vulcanizers and herbalists. To that I can attest to a couple on that list. Brilliant folks there.
