Airtel Nigeria is advertising for some positions on thier site and after entering all the necessary fields, they return the following on the form: "Mobile Phone Number* Please enter a valid Integer Value:

Can anyone advice on which format they require phone numbers to appear in? I've tried lots of formats but to na avail.
