I will like to start with our famous COMBO: Combo is a combination of ginger, garlic, tumeric and cloves.

USES:

get your garlic, ginger, turmeric and cloves. Peel the ginger, turmeric and garlic. (clove don't need to be peel) cut into pieces, then blend if u like or u can soak like that for 3 days.(72hrs)

Take half a glass first thing in the morning on empty stomach and half a cup last thing at night before going to bed.

Get ur Bara, peel or cut with the back into smaller pieces. Soak in 7up for 24hrs b4 use

BARA AND PALM WINE:
Get your Bara, slice and remove the seed you can either boil with palm wine for 18/15mins or soak with palmwine for 48hrs before use.

BARA AND GIN:
Get ur Bara, cut into smaller pieces soak for 48hrs before use
