There is palpable fear within the camp of Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State as Supreme Court affirmed the use of forensic analysis for the ongoing Kogi State Election Petition Tribunal, Vanguard can report. The Supreme Court affirmed the earlier ruling Appeal Court which allowed Tribunal to use forensic analysis in its judgment. The judgment which was delivered on the case of INEC vs Musa Wada marked: SC.205/2020 was determined by 5-man panel led by Justice of the Supreme Court headed by Hon. Justice Sylvester Nguta JSC, Tuesday. The apex court dismissed the appeal of INEC and affirmed the decision of the Court of Appeal on the of forensic examinations of INEC documents.
