This chicken has black bones, organs and the meat is still black when cooked.
There are four breeds of this chicken with same colour and all of them possess same genetic mutation which a scientist explains how it came about.

Andersson says All of this chicken can trace their mutation back to a single bird that may have lived hundred or even thousands of years ago.
The mutation underlying fibromelanosis is very peculiar, so we are sure it occurred once" says Andersson.
