9. Red Tide


The occurrence of red tide is scientifically Known as ‘Algal Blooming’ by scientists. The ocean phenomenon starts when there is a fast growth or blooming of algae in the oceanic waters. The presence of red tide is highly harmful as these algae can be disastrous to birds, animals and even humans being.

10. The Atlantic ocean and Pacific ocean do not mix


Actually It is not two oceans meeting, it is the glacial melt water meeting the off shore waters of gulf of Alaska. The reason for this unbelievable phenomenon is due to the difference of water density, temperature and salinity of the glacial melt water and off shore waters of gulf of Alaska, making it hard to mix up
