What about the amenities, conveniences and ambiance of Port-Harcourt?

Some are taking covid time opportunity by attracting investors to their states !!!! One is chasing out his own, some states built structure / roads for investors,one is demolishing structures of investorsin his state, Citizens of some states are hailing their governors for going far away to bring investors to their state .while some citizen of one state is hailing their governors for demolishing and frustrating investors in their state .Common sense is not common they will later come out to claim a developed ,a state that encouraged investor as a no mans land !!!! But they forgot to give their undeveloped and bad leadership state a name.
