Saudi Arabia’s Grand Mufti, As Shaykh Abdul Azeez Al Shaykh has ruled on the permissibilty of performing Eid at home under unexceptional situations similar to as being witnessed around the world today with the coronavirus. Another Scholar, As Shaykh Abdussalaam Abdullah, a member of the Council of Senior Scholars and Standing Committee of Fatwa, said the Eid could be performed individually or collectively.
