1.

If you collected a handful of money, like 20k and above, don't stay in the presence of other customers or by standers and be counting all the money after withdrawing and even mentioning the amount. If thieves and pick pockets are around, you could be exposing yourself unnecessarily. You can go a short safe distance away so that your are somewhat private.

2.

After collecting the money don't immediately start making calls, your attention level may be low and if someone is trailing you, you may not know. Get out of the ATM are and you can make your call.

3.

Try not to mention the amount your withdrew especially if it a larger sum, you never know who is eavesdropping and listening, thieves and area boys could call their the partners that there is a potential catch.

4.

If you were sent to withdraw and was given the ATM card and you forgot the pin, instead of calling for them to send it to while while about to withdraw, tell them to text or whatsapp it. Wrong people may eavesdrop and hear the pin and if you are tricked to forget or your card gets swapped, your pin is already out and your account can be compromised.

Pls let's follow this in order to be safe
