No country has the right to strangulate a landlocked country but there must be a mutual agreement between them.

Your Lagos seaport will have to compete with these seaports for Northern import traffic and would probably lose out. Unless you plan staying in same country with Arewa post Biafra, which is what would probably happen, then your Lagos port might retain monopoly on NW and parts of NE. But I don't think that would be enough to keep the two ports viable. NC would likely have their own independent countries, except maybe Kwara and Kogi West, which are already part of Arewa

The more you try to stop Biafra, the more you lose. I'd advise you stick to your "SS Must hate Ndiigbo" agenda. You will never convince anyone than yourselves that Igboland has no access to the sea.
