Who are you deceiving? Why not send the full text and especially when it said there must be an agreement. You've sent the full text before and the part of an agreement was written then, why editing it now? Na lie lie go kill una

No country has the right to strangulate a landlocked country but there must be a mutual agreement between them.

Of course there will have to be an agreement. The aim of quoting that law is educate those who think Nigeria has blanket powers to deny the SE the right to access to the Sea if Nigeria wants to. When the SE becomes independent, they will have sit down with Nigeria anyway to discuss the sharing of assets and liability and one of things that will be discussed at the table will be access to sea, which Nigeria cannot deny them under international law

You need to come up to speed on knowledge of international relations.

It is not as if Biafra and Nigeria will be operating in isolation. If cases arise between them, they would be taken to international arbitration where verdicts would be rendered along norms consistent with international law.

If the verdicts are disobeyed/flouted, wars, yes wars will be fought.

Instances of armies breaking out of encirclement are rife so leave that mata...
The laws are in operation in the world today, Nigeria has no right to strangulate landlocked Biafra but they both must come to an agreement as stipulated by international laws, nobody is making any new laws here, there are existing laws today.
If you like report Nigeria anywhere, the existing laws precedes

No agreement and Biafra and Biafrans are doomed

You love to repeat same thing all the time.

Nigeria will not deny Biafra as everyone knows but Nigeria could be giving Niger 5% tax on using her ports and Biafra 50%, that one is what no court, international body can come into that.

That is the agreement we are talking about, Biafra can't insist on her own terms, it must be on Nigerian terms.
Nigeria may even give Biafra 0% on using her ports, all must be discussed and agreed on

You people hate igbos so much that you don't appoint them into position, you refused to elect them ...you even staved them for 3 years killing 3 million igbos

But you dont want to let them go because they would suffer .....suffer is worse than this one in Nigeria
How many of the Igbos are actually politically active in the present day Nigeria??

What sort of question is that ...is there any tribe with more political active people than igbos ?

Igbos are competetive in every sector politics included ....

We are tired of working with people that don't trust us and want to formalize it by being our own country

Wait till then, Nigeria may even make it 100%, go and report.

Nigeria may insist using their ports only and you don't pass through their land territories on your way to the sea, Nigeria determines everything and you have no option

So the Yorubas now care about Igbo well-being post Nigeria than Igbos?
Taking paracetamol for another Man headache.
Look how these shadowy group are so interested in Biafra viability or lack of than Igbos, practically crying more than the bereaved grin

So the whole "SS must hate Ndiigbo" campaign is all about making Igbo landlocked so that we will keep using your New $630m loan Chinese port in Lekki?

Your names are sorry. If you like dig up articles written by any efulefu from Igboland to try and make Biafra less desirable for Ndiigbo. You waste your time. Ndiigbo will still get Biafra.

We know you are full of hate, so the more you attack Biafra, the more we know it holds something great for us, which is why you don't want it to come.

Biafra will happen, that your second Lagos sea port will be useless, you would have to pay back the Chinese loans alone, because once Biafra leaves, every one down SS and NC will be banging on the door to leave too.
You will have to make peace with the fact that SE will open up her River ports post Nigeria independent, the nations that will spring up down SS will open up theirs too.
Your Lagos seaport will have to compete with these seaports for Northern import traffic and would probably lose out. Unless you plan staying in same country with Arewa post Biafra, which is what would probably happen, then your Lagos port might retain monopoly on NW and parts of NE. But I don't think that would be enough to keep the two ports viable. NC would likely have their own independent countries, except maybe Kwara and Kogi West, which are already part of Arewa wink

The more you try to stop Biafra, the more you lose. I'd advise you stick to your "SS Must hate Ndiigbo" agenda. You will never convince anyone than yourselves that Igboland has no access to the sea.

angry why are Yoruba's hating Biafra so much,I thought the Fulani hated Biafra but naira land made me understand afonjas fear Biafra more than anything....will might be landlocked if river state and akwaibom don't join us, but not sea locked, will have access to sea, azumini (imo river)have access to sea....Danube river is an example.necessity is the mother of invention,Igbo's are know survivals....
Yoruba's should worry more about Ogun state the ritualist headquarters in Nigeria and kwara, the Fulani's have taken over...
You claim we will suffer in Biafra, then let's us go and suffer, awolowo betrayed ojukwu leading to the death of 3million Igbo's and non Igbo's in south south,so allow us to suffer more, dumb skull miners....Nigeria with all the coastline is still the poorest nation in the world, while landlocked switzerland,Botswana and Rwanda are one of leading economy in world,Lagos with all the ports is still the dirtiest city in the world...
