Any program to assist the Almajiri by government is a scam.
Any gesture by these NGOs to rise money and support almajiris is a waste of time.

The main thing a child need in this life is care from his parents and any parents that wont provide that should be forced.

thats why i dont like people who that are ethnocentric in nature... cos thats what is affecting this country. its only when we walk as ine that this nation wil become better and great. one love one naija.

This is the kind of message we need in Nairaland that have turned this forum into a tribal and religious war zone. Let this story teach people, especially the bigot we have here that your destiny helper can come from someone from any tribe or that very tribe you think is your enemy or below you . I'm a northerner who no dey ever settle with the Igbos, but this story reminds me that there's humanity in every tribe,race and Nation Sometimes we have to look beyond this online banters and hold tight to humanity that unit the world.
This story is an inspiration... The message is deep and sound.

What touches me most in this story is the fact that their helper is a not a northerner and have nothing in common with the except humanity.
