U see almajiri walking upandan in Edo State. What do u expect.

Lagos governor and their taskforce team are all incompetent. The next thing waiting for that Lagos is ocean surge...I pity people over there cos I wonder how they sleep and see their future.
It's obvious no lockdown in Lagos.

The nature of housing there sef is enough to multiply the virus times ten. About 100 men, women and children will live in same compd and use same toilet and u expect the virus to go? Imagine if Lagos conduct test like New York? By now it would have been 120,000 cases. Disaster is waiting in Lagos when they finally open up June 1

Want to use this opportunity to thank Governor Nyesom Wike for his proactiveness in curbing the pandemic from spreading. Even though, FG sabotage your efforts through the oil workers. Governor Nyesom Wike earlier action helped all the states within not to have high cases. Check out Cross River, Imo, Anambra, Abia, Bayelsa. But Akwa Ibom acted late so the oil workers messed that place up. But in all its okay. Thanks to God

In all Sincerity, compare this health minister (with the hardest name to pronounce) with Onyebuchi Chukwu during ebola. The problem is incompetent people everywhere and we don't even have head and tail. No one hears from the president and Vice...it's well, that country of educated people got to this level cos of Jega and his foolishness. Now the almajiri that caused all this shit are being rejected everywhere. Inside life.
If you live in lagos....you can't and i repeat nobody can lock down Lagos...until you set up a system that is civilised not in the reverse order then Nigeria can stay in doors and allow you and the FG to test 200 million people till next year...per test 50k. We are already in recession borrowing up and down, people loosing their jobs, salaries being slashed, all business propriety struggling endless mention to say the least...In the realm of ruggedity and doggedness and in the spirit of sobriety lets live and die...either way man must die....survive and make way for the future the instinct of man since he eat apple not hiding in door, even Noah begged God to come out from lockdown.

That's why I say Lagos is a danger zone cos nothing civilised abt there and they don't intend to even do it anytime soon. Media and one evil spirit blinded everyones eyes there never to see anything wrong with Lagos of their lord tinubu

As at today our government say the cost of testing a patient is no longer 10,000 naira the cost now ranges between N40,000 and N50,000

And yesterday Lagos say them don test 16,000 suspected cases of covid 19 which means Lagos don spend almost seven hundred millions on testing alone
What about the entire nation?
Last last ehnnn the kind billions way our government go claim say them take do testing go shock the world

U don't know the importance of seaport to a region then...saying Lagos sea depth is morethan that of Bayelsa, Rivers and Akwa Ibom is laughable. Hausa Yoruba knows if they dare allow functional seaport here, they're gone...

Lolz, if u know so much about importance of seaport to Lagos state, why dont u tell me; as if the money is going to Lagos state government, seaport is not even in the first ten of things that bring money to Lagos.

U are crying about seaport what has ur clueless governor done with the 13% derivation they are getting.

As a medic I think the Government is focusing on only covid19 and has neglected other diseases ravaging the country..

A 2019 world malaria report by WHO shows there is an average of 263 deaths per day in Nigeria from malaria.

So why is there so much focus on only 1 disease whose mortality rate in Nigeria is not even as much as malaria..

Other diseases are being neglected and all the funds are being diverted towards coronavirus only...

Government should take a holistic approach and also use part of the funds into research, preventive and curative methods that will reduce the scourge of malaria and other ailments killing Nigerians but not reported by the media as much as covid 19...

Malaria kills more people in Nigeria daily than covid 19!

is coronavirus in nigeria credible or a scam?
if a state can do a total of 400 coronavirus test in a day & out of 3000000 in state a total of 950000 has coronavirus, it mean that in any area that d do their coronavirus test, d should record a number of 10 or more new case, from what we see so far coronavirus in nigeria is a yahoo boy scam where governor of a state will reduce their coronavirus case when d want 2 ease the lock down & increase their coronavirus case when d want to cash out big

Approximately 17.5% of the people tested so far came positive. This ain't cool

Its far more than 20%.. Remember the test samples includes even people previously tested in an attempt to check if they've recovered.

The infection rate in lagos is just going up and down like the Naira presently, even with all this lockdown. Abeg religious centres and schools should remain closed for now.
N50,000 X 139 = N6,950,000 and lagos state is planning to increase testing to 1000 per day!

Enyia, that #50,000 is a political figure. Mind you, 139 you are calculating is just only the ones that came out positive yesterday and not the total number tested yesterday which LASG had claimed it jumped from #10,000 to #50,000.

Well.. Enjoy your daily deaths .
But dont ever forget
What goes around... Comes around on your doorstep
Forget about what goes around comes around. You thought is your so call lock down that is preventing Covic19 from ravaging Nigeria. If it is the kind of Covid-19 in US that is here, by now you would have been picking dead bodies in the street. What is your government doing better than Italy. I will categorically state it again and again, There is no Covic19 in Nigeria, what they call Covic19 is the regular malaria. In the other news, Covic19 patients trooped out protesting, if carriers would have that kind of strength to come out from isolation centres in US, Trump wouldn't have lock down even a district not to talk of state. Treat malaria very well if you feel unwell. No Covic19 in Nigeria period

Almost two months into these pandemic, only 40,000 tested? out of a population of 20 m my people what is wrong with these country?
If ncdc is truly serious, let them ramp up testing to about 100k a day.

Places reopening are places like Enugu in the U.S. Not Lagos

U.K is still under lockdown, North Italy is still under lockdown, New York is still under lockdown, Spain also e.t.c.
