You paid 20k for a phone during the lockdown, there is no way to send the phone bc of inter state lockdown.

I have refunded 15k and ur money is remaining 5k.

Market is slow now bc things are not moving as before... Exercise a little patience, you will get the remaining 5k very soon

But I asked when you can pay me unfailingly you refused to answer, you don't reply me at all,

From when you agreed to pay back till now, its been up to 3weeks, you know its not so cool the way the cash was split but I had no problem with that, you assured me about 4 times and failed, I was becoming uneccessary anxious and tired of expecting without seeing the money..


But in all of this what hurts most is you cut off communication, 5k should not be a problem to you so all I asked was "please sir could you tell me when you can pay the money unfailingly?"

It was just so I can clear aware my frustration but you rather made me more frustrated, not nice at all... Raising that money was not easy, so would saving it in pieces...


Communication goes a long way though,

I have said I will pay the remaining this week, if he does not get it this week then he can report here.

Remember this money was paid during the lockdown, the buyer paid 20k as part payment of a phone worth 30k and said i should keep the phone until he pay the remaining so I can send the phone to him.


I was the one that told him not to pay the remaining bc no means to send the phone after a long time(I told him I will refund him instead of him paying the remaining and continue to wait for lockdown to be over).

I paid him 15k already and this week the remaining 5k will get to him.

I was the one told him not to send the remaining.

This week is final.
