The news making rounds on the social media scene and in all news medium is the order of the president of the United states of America to governors
in USA to open all religious organisations.

This news came as a shocking information to a lot of people, because the united state has recorded a very huge number of deaths and cases of Covid-19.

As wise as Donald Trump is, it is however alarming that he is supporting gathering of people in churches and mosques, knowing fully well that Covid-19 is one virus that spreads quickly in gatherings.

The president defended himself by saying aborting homes and liquour stores are opened but churches and mosques have remained closed. He therefore declared religious places as essential and should be opened.
‘’ “I’m calling houses of worship essential.”
“If there’s any question, they’re going to have to call me, but they’re not going to be successful in that call,” Trump said of state leaders.
“The governors need to do the right thing and allow these very important essential places of faith to open right now, for this weekend,”
“If they don’t do it, I will override the governors.”
“It’s not right,” ”This move is aimed at correcting this injustice.”
“If there’s any question, they’re going to have to call me, But they are not going to be successful in that call.”
“In America, we need more prayer,” “Not less.”

Checks by us as however revealed that the leader of INRI Evangelical Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, weeks ago directed some messages to Donald Trump and world leaders.

He stated that they haven’t involved God in the fight against Covid-19 and closing of churches is a very wrong move. He made it known that all world leaders have gotten it wrong and if they want a solution to this, they should turn to God

it is a very serious thing because if the government refuses to open churches on Palm Sunday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday, that means we are inviting evil and this will just be the begining of our troubles. We have not seen anything now! So, anyone who knows what to do should keep praying to God because the world leaders and not just people in our country alone have gotten it wrong and the worst of the economy is coming. A certain group of people will want to make some people rich; which is satanic and devilish. Either rain falls or sun shines it won’t cure or clear this things; the clear picture of the whole issue is that some people, some forces are behind it.
Locking the Churches and Mosques up will not curtail the spread and deaths resulting from the pandemic, Nigerian government should not have taken such approach’’

As he has said, since the lockdown and ban on religious organisations, there have been an increase in Covid-19 cases and death that have occurred due to this deadly disease.
This move by President Donald Trump has shown that he is one who follows the word of God and gives honour to God’s prophet.
