Hello everyone,
I had an unpleasant experience using Gift voucher on Jumia recently and it has not been fully resolve till date.

I placed an order, it was later cancelled, voucher returned only to find out that I must be completely used on Jumia.
I placed another order with an accessory, the accessory was delivered and the main item cancelled.
And the voucher value for the cancelled order is yet to be returned.

A terrible cycle I regret getting into with them.

Another thing their response time to email is slow.

I am frustrated and just sent them another email.
