How Telephone Networks MTN, AIrtel, etc Can Help To Combat Fraud In Nigeria by ProtectMyMoney: 3:40pm On May 24, 2020 |
There should be a way telephone networks MTN, AIRTEL, GLO , ETISALAT , etc should assist to combat fraud in Nigeria The telephone networks should be able to restrict a telephone number...probably if more than 10-50 fraud cases are reported against the number to customer service hotlines. Whether the number was used to defraud on Whatsapp, calls, etc, once people report it, it should be flagged and restricted by the networks until the owner obtains police clearance to lift restrictions. I think this deserves a mention to NCC to look into. Lalasticlala, mind44, seun, frontpage pls . 1 Like |

Great idea, and it is easy to see how it benefits the public by making the place safer, but how does it benefit the telecoms company? And what is the procedure for new ideas being approved by the NCC? 1 Like |
