Why did the god of the Bible not teach them how to negotiate and form economic ties with the people they wages war with .

Why didn't they act like Solomon who engaged in trade and commerce

Most religious books reek of domination,suppression and intimidation.

Did the Bible record any war exchange communication between the people of Jericho and the children of Israel like how kings of two trees or territories sent emissaries to discuss and negotiate before a war.There was lack of communication.
