During the live interactive session of the WHO few hours ago..it’s suspended chloroquine and not hydroxyl chloroquine...
Hydroxyl chloroquine would still go on with clinical trials..same drug is also being use for lupus and malaria...

. Good so the coronavirus itself makes hydroxychloroquine too dangerous. They think they are dealing with nomads. Hydroxychloroquine prolonges the QT interval predisposing to a severe bradycardia , heart block and possible asystole. So why they don't tell us the mechanism by which covid 19 makes the trial of hydroxychloroquine dangerous. Possibly the drug may be dangerous in an already diseased heart (arrhythmias) of which an ECG could be done to detect that before administration of the drug on the controls.
