Creative writer, film director, poet, visual artist, media personality, and entrepreneur, Toni Payne has revealed how popular comedian Ayodeji Richard Makun aka AY once turned down Olamide's plea to perform at one of his comedy shows.

She made this known on her Instagram stories moments back, as she went down the memory lane when she was managing Olamide.

According to her, she had a smooth working relationship with AY, and when Olamide was coming up, she approached the comedian to allow the young singer perform in his show. He is said to have turned her down, only for him to come back a year after to beg for Olamide’s performance in his show.
