I need someone to invest 300k in buying point of lay birds. I already have every other structure and expertise only the birds. We will get 61/2 crates every day. Our over head is 3500 daily for food and labor meaning there is a net of 2k per day which is 60k a month. I will take 35k and the investor will take 25k for 15months and once d layers are spent they will be sold and the money returned to the owner.
