Most of you shouting, I see a repeat of Zamfara and Rivers still do not have an idea of what played out in those states. The internet is your friend so better use it to enlighten yourself.
In Zamfara there was no form of primaries just a concensus in order to meet the deadline as every form of primaries was mauled with violence, while in the case of Rivers there were two parallel Factions with their state excos (If a direct primaries was used that primary would have stood but an indirect primaries was used and court recognised the faction of the other group which wasn't submitted to Inec). The only state with similar situation as Edo case here is Imo state and Inec will accept the NWC list over the state excos list, that was why Okorocha in law was dropped ahead of Hope (winner of the primaries conducted by the NWC).

Sincerely, he should have waited till 2nd term before putting oshiomhole in his place(just like Fashola of Lagos). Naija politics is dirty and u need to play dirty to achieve ur aim.

Don't mind him, he doesn't have sense.

He felt he is a Bini man and so Oshiomole from the Minority Etsako area can't touch him.

Only Buhari can save him now but he won't because Buhari doesn't care about anyone else but himself.

4+4 is non negotiable....I'll simply advise Obaseki to decamp to the PDP if he wants to be reelected.....since oshiobaba and his cohorts are bent on seeing him out of office.... PDP still have a good support in Edo state.....Atiku won there last year...2 out of the 3 senators are PDP members....
it's going to be a fight to the end.... nothing is guaranteed yet....

How many HoA did PDP win in 2019? Zero!!!!!
Atiku's election influenced those senatorial & fed reps election. There is no way Obaseki is winning if he decamps. He knows it

I don't really know what Oshiomohle is trying to achieve in Edo.

We lost Zamfara, Rivers, Bayelsa n nearly lost Imo...Oshio I hope you know what you are doing because I don't understand.

Rivers, Bayelsa, were never ApC before Oshiomole came in. APC lost Zamfara, Adamawa, Oyo, Bauchi but gained Kwara, Gombe, Ekiti and more senators & HoR

Officially, Ize Iyamu is not an APC member to the best of my knowledge. Don't forget that Obaseki ensured that Oshomole was not able to receive him and the state APC leadership did not receive him officially, I suspect that is the angle Obaseki will use to nail him when the time comes.

But of a truth, Obaseki really fuucked up by going against Oshiomole who brought him into power. Oshiomole fought against forces to make sure he became governor. Nobody should quote me and start saying nonsense. Nigeria politics is full of murky terrains.

also been the party national chairman, he should hv make peace with Oshobaba, but stupidity hv never allowed him to reason well.

When you are joining a political party, you join at the ward Level and the ward chairman and secretary gives you a signed membership card.
