Whatever the Lagos state govt plans to do,they must first seek for ways to employ the okada and keke owners who will lose their source of income.Ignoring these people will definitely increase the crime rate in the state. 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Why is the state so intent on phasing out tricycle? The governor is causing more problems than solution. In this era of coronavirus when people are struggling to provide food for their families, you talk of phasing out the common man's means of TP without replacement? 8 Likes 2 Shares |

This is so diabolical. Why can't they have a general support for private transportation like Opay to establish a database of their motorists rather than banning Okada and Keke Riders without providing alternatives for them. 4 Likes |

We need to sanitize the transport sector in lagos, most especially those danfo buses. However, we can’t leave the masses struggling in long lines to access BRTs, hence more BRT buses would be needed as we do away with danfo buses. It’s a shame that the Lagos rail line that was meant to be ready in June 2013, according to Fashola, is not completed even now in 2020. That would have taking a lot of pressure off BRT busses. 4 Likes |

Every government in power is always changing tactics on transportation to give room for their own people to amass wealth. When election is now getting closer, they would now allow them to start operating and promise them better condition just to get their votes, in the end, it is still the usual use and dump. Tell your younger ones, riding Okada and Marwa isn't a vocational skill. They should go and learn better work for story that touches like this. 2 Likes |
