I have no reason to doubt the verasity of the instruction . However, I don't mind getting some clarity from members of this forum who perhaps knows a little more about the link between high heel shoes and marine forces.

Its about safety . During prayers . It's also not advisable to wear loose or short gowns. Trousers are even preferable underneath

Could it be that high heels are considered a hazard to those around, trying to hold the woman down, during this so-called deliverance session? Those things can take your eye out when you are struggling to hold down someone you believe to be possessed ....ROFLMAO!
Any woman who submits to such a ritual should not bring any weapons.

There is no link between the two. Why "marine spirit" no dey attack oyinbo dem wey make the thing?

Matt 15-11. And Jesus said " not that which goes into a man defiles him but that which comes out of the mans mouth" in other words, what we put in or on our bodies doesn't matter to God but what comes out of our mouth from the abundance of the heart where all evil and issues of life spring from.

Now we need to be careful not to place ourselves under laws dont exist or have any spiritual implications in our life's. You can talk about the health implications, still understandable but over spiritualizing things on our own will only place us in bondage. Especially when they are not even biblical.

High heeled shoes have no connection with the Marin world. What if we look at the fact that water has a connection with the Marin world and decide not to drink water as it would be an easy link to the Marin world? Won't that be stupidity of the highest order?
