Nigeria on Saturday 30th May, 2020 recorded it highest Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in a day, according to the recent update released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

The health management centre made this known in a tweet via it verified Twitter page at around 11:45pm on Saturday, where it disclosed that Nigeria recorded a massive 553 (Five hundred and fifty three) new cases of the novel virus. The highest the country has recorded in a day since the ravaging virus hits the country.
