IF Total Ignorance of Christ and his teachings will never lead someone to Hell, why do we still tell people about Christ..?
Because telling them about Christ will definitely put them in a position where they will have to make choice...

Secondly, your Analysis negates the believe we have been told, which goes like this "JESUS is the only way to God".... meaning people of moral standing without Christ can make heaven too

There's a difference between total ignorance and those who chose not to believe.
U can't believe in Christ if u don't know anything about him(never heard of him), and it will never be held against u. Remember the great command. 'He who believes and is baptized shall be saved and he who believe not, be damned'.
Telling them about Christ is expected to better their lives but as usual, some will still not believe. So its now their decision since they now know about him.
Lastly, the bible never condemned moral law. Remember, Cornelius was a good man, but because He was not far from the gospel, he had to be told about God. In the absence of the word of God, moral law will be used to judge those who have NEVER heard about Christ.
