My 10 years old cousin alway makes weird sound when sleeping. Sometimes he sounds like he is in pain or talks in his dream and if u wake him up he will tell u he can't remember his dream. I want to find out if it this is a medical condition or something else, because he does this every night and it is disturbing. Also he comes from a troubled home.

OP, Google "Night terror". Sounds like what you're describing but I may be wrong. Happens a lot in some children.
