APC GOVERNMENT USING STATE FINANCE TO FUND PARTY MEMBERS IN EKITI STATE - YPP

- A GOVERNMENT FULL OF LIES AND DECEITS .

The Young Progressive Party in Ekiti State (YPP) has berated the present Government of Gov. Kayode Fayemi under APC in Ekiti State over the claims that Five thousand Youth across Ekiti State get 20 thousand naira (20,000.00) as monthly stipend by the State Government.

In a Statement signed by the Ekiti State Publicity Secretary of YPP in acting capacity, Mr. Goke Olagoke and made available for the pressmen in Ado Ekiti, the State Capital on Thursday stated that, the good people of Ekiti State are not surprised with lies and deceptive claims by the APC Government under the leadership of Gov. Kayode Fayemi in the recent time, according to the Party's State Publicity Secretary, "its really calls for sober reflection to see a supposed Progressive Government operating with deceits and propagandas, failed to know that propaganda can not sustain governance."

The Young Progressive Party in Ekiti State challenged the Government to publish the names of the beneficiaries of this Twenty Thousand Naira stipends in the State, according to Mr. Goke Olagoke the YPP State Publicity Secretary, "the antics of the APC Government in Ekiti State is well known to the public. And the public is aware that the members of Ekiti APC are already disappointed in Gov. Fayemi and his Government, now using the State finance to fund Party, by placing Members of APC under the payroll of the Ekiti State Government without an Office, which is tantamount to a fraudulent activity, and this is all about successor plan, and 2022 Governorship Election in the State."

According to the YPP, "Gov. Kayode Fayemi and his Government should know that, the good people of Ekiti State are very sophisticated, no amount of tricks can safe him from drowning, the game is up."
