Any welder can build that container , the technology and gun mounted on that container was imported not made by him, building the box is the only thing he did , any road side welder can do that , its not rocket science.

In the 70 the word drone in automation was reserved for a pilotless Aircraft but these days it now means any Remote Controlled Vehicle ..Drone Boat or Marine Drones are now a thing
