The management of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), has announced through its official Facebook handle that corp members will receive their June and July months stipends without biometric clearance. The management had earlier suspended the monthly biometric clearance. In its new announcement, the suspension is to remain in force for the months of June and July. This is in view of adhering to the social distancing policy so as to curtail the spread of coronavirus. While imploring corp members to stay safe and observe all medical recommended protocols, it also emphasized on the issue of the 2020 Batch A stream 1 corp members sent off from camp earlier this year. Recall that the affected corp members were sent off from camp amidst COVID-19 outbreak.
