The Federal government exposed the falseness idea about schools resuming on July 13.According to the false report, the Federal Ministry of Education announced July 13 as the resumption date of schools for Jss3,SS3 and final year students in university across the country.The report was also spread across some social media sites and also in which student believe it real.





The Ministry of Education released a statement to this effect on Thursday evening (June 4) stating that the rumour is not from a reliable source neither did it originate from any of its media handles.



The Ministry of Education further stated that no official date has been set for school resumption nationwide yet. The ministry of education assured Nigerians that they will be duly informed about any development regarding school resumption in due time.



It will be recalled that the Federal Government ordered the shut down of all schools in the country following the outbreak of the deadly COVID-19 pandemic. The move is understood to be one of the preventive measures against the spread of CORONAVIRUS.
