A suspected mad man has been reportedly whisked away by security operatives after being caught in possession of a dead baby in Aba, Abia state. The atmosphere which created a somewhat confusion while the mad man was being dragged into the security van, caught the attention of onlookers who were heard speculating about the owner of the dead baby.
