We all have different motivating tips but, below are the top 8 motivating tips you must know and engage.

MOTIVATING TIP 1: FEAR OF FAILURE:-
In everything we do, there's a risk.
We all get sad and angry when risk blow us off our feet, and we fail at the first attempt. Perhaps, it may occur in our businesses, investments, academics or anywhere.

After the first attempt experience, we tend to be afraid to fail in our next attempt. We become so scared to try again.

But, in first trial did you pause a second to ask yourself some questions like;
“What did I do wrong? Who did I trust that I shouldn’t trust? What can I learn from this situation, so I can avoid it next time?”
Actually, the fear of failure (Atychiphobia) can become your motivation.

A lot of persons who did/do great stuffs failed a couple of times but, they never stopped. They used their failure and the fear attached to it as a motivation to succeed or achieve the goal set.

Why don't you consider that first trial that failed as a motivation for you to succeed?

MOTIVATING TIP 2: DO WHAT YOU’RE PASSIONATE ABOUT:-
Yes! Technology has change our world. People now have the leverage to do what they love or perhaps passionate about.

Amazingly, if you want to derive pleasure in what you do, do what you know how to best.
Your job maybe your best decision financially yet, you're suffering deep down? Try to balance it and do what you know how to do best.
For those who want to turn their hobby or their best into a full-time job already.

ENGAGE THIS TIPS:
- Improve on that your best (hobby); Become more skillful, crafty and creative.
- Figure out your skill market.
- Share your passion with others; You can share your knowledge with a price tag.
- While enjoying doing your best, don't want to do everything. Be motivated to assign tasks that are not your skill set to someone more skillful in that area.

MOTIVATING TIP 3: KEEP THE POSITIVE VIBES CLOSER!:-
Not just entrepreneurs, but everyone gets sucked into feeling exhausted or frustrated.
Most times, the feeling when you discover that you're alone in the mess either created by you or not, gets one more frustrated.

A negative mindset is quick to come by in a situation like this, but also know that it sucks up mental bandwidth and energy which you need at this point in order to stay focused and successful.
You may not have the energy to stay all optimistic or maintain your optimistic attitude self.

So, what's the solution?
Get yourself prepared for moments like these before it arrives. “Whenever you see a quote or a picture that helps you stay positive, place it front and center so you can remember what this journey is all about.”

MOTIVATING TIP 4: YOU SEE THE POWER OF REJECTION? LEVERAGE ON IT:-
“On June 26, 2008, Airbnb would've been sold for $150,000 but, it was rejected and today, it's worth just under $30 billion.
Same with Google, Gmail and lots of big brands out there.

If your product or brand or you were rejected today because you aren't impressive or your brand isn't worth the investment and other excuses, take a break off those random excuses and work on your products, brand or yourself.
In the next few years, that your brand, product or you will be at a high demand.

Leverage on that rejection and work on anything that was rejected.

MOTIVATING TIP 5: ASSOCIATE WITH HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL AND MOTIVATED PEOPLE:-
Team work is essential as well as relationships.
While, starting off that all amazing idea, Who are your team members? Who are you friends?
In a Question and Answer session far back 2016, Mark Zuckerberg said, “No one does it alone. When you look at most big things that get done in the world, they're not done by one person, so you're going to need to build a team.” He also emphasized that, “You're going to need people that have complementary skills”.

When building your All-Star team, look out for people are far more skillful and excelling in areas you're less skillful or effective at. You'll sure need them to balance the flow and productivity of whatever you're building.
Same with relationships.

MOTIVATING TIP 6: FOR YOURSELF; NEVER FEEL PITY:-
Guess what self-pity does?
It drains you of your power and blind you to the next opportunity.
Learn not to feel sorry or pity for yourself. It will land you in regret.
If you failed now. Get yourself together right away and press hard for the best.

Barbara Corcoran, founder of The Corcoran Group and Shark on Shark Tank said, “All of my best successes came on the heels of a failure, so I’ve learned to look at each belly flop as the beginning of something good”.

5 minutes of self-pity gives rooms for more failure actually.

MOTIVATING TIP 7: SEARCH FOR INSPIRATION:-
Everyone has different situations that ignite their driving force (inspiration).

Yes! Inspiration is a driving force you can use to motivate you.
Look deep and search for what inspire you to work on that product, brand or yourself at that given time.
What's the drive?
What ignite the zeal to achieve the goal?

This will help you win the battle against failure and, it will serve as your motivation.
Eventually, it will inspire you to think how we can make things you do more efficient.

MOTIVATING TIP 8: BE GRATEFUL:-
Gratitude is a positive energy in it own.

If you're in your toughest moments and you suddenly switch moods and become gratitude for your tough moments, your positive energy becomes alive and you get right back to becoming the better you.
Whether you lose your most treasure loved one to death or a deal to a competitor, or an incredible employee, or millions of dollars in an investment, be grateful!

You know why? It's impossible not to stay motivated or get too down when you’re feeling grateful.

Sooner, you'll gain something far better than what you lost.
