They are alot of problem that hinder the growth of agriculture in Nigeria. Please contribute your solution

There are lot of things. e.g banks prefer to lend money to businessmen than farmers, lack of government support and many more. Private individuals need to put in their best, government still needs a lot to do and so on.

It is high time we start shifting attention from not just agro cultivation to agro processing. There are a lot of opportunities inherent over there and the time is right to have a paradigm shift. Quoting from Victor Hugo, who said, there is nothing so powerful as an idea whose time has come.
On the flipside, I have come to believe we need more technical education and incentives in these areas.
Agro is the future. The time is right and we can move there together. Government cannot solve all our problems and Government is not the source of all our problems.

FIGHTIN FOR A LOST COURSE

Agro processing is very good but it very expensive to start i am about starting a gari/plantain flour processing plant in Abeokuta area but the cost of it is very high you can imagin spending more than 3M and not yet finished the plant?
i truly which the Government agency can really look into this so as to encourage many us who have started thinking in the line of processing.
