A friend of mine is planning to open an internet cafe in Lagos. He came to me for advice but i told him i'm scared of cafe business because the daily running cost(petrol, internet bandwidth, system maintenance etc). I do not believe its a profitable venture but i don't want to advice my friend blindly. Useful advice is needed please |

I have a cafe i have been running for the past 13 months and i would say it has been largely profitable. Though there are several factors that needs to be taken into consideration like location, network provider, systems configuration, proximity to customer, decline curve management.
