My new redmi is acting up, my battery died flat and when I plugged it, it was on 1% then 5% then I switched it on only to see my battery is at 34% and it's not adding more after that jump.

Xiaomi Communications Co., Ltd.. and most importantly that sticker with s/n and imei 1 & 2. Better still, you can help us with a screenshot of the device info.
