I have some money meant for an urgent business transaction trapped in my wife's account because of some account upgrade stuff. We've tried our best to get this issue resolved, yet no way. The bank said they need her national ID with the nimc number before any transactions can be done on the account. I'm so worried now because in Port Harcourt where I am, the national identity office said they are on temporary closure and all other outlets same thing. Please can someone direct me on where to get this national ID in PH?
