Super singer, Teni had a few words for a fan who said he was against women being breadwinners.

Teni in a series of tweets stated there was nothing wrong with a woman being the breadwinner in a family. In another tweet, she added that if more women were given power, positive change will be more realistic.“Nothing wrong in a woman being the breadwinner!Put more women in power!! Get the change you need!!”

However, a fan reacted to her opinion and argued that it’s a big problem if a man starts to do house chores like sweeping and cleaning the house. Baffled Teni asked him why he couldn’t cook and clean and he revealed that he never saw his own father doing house chores so he would never do otherwise. He added that God will provide for him, to be the breadwinner of his own family. Teni responded to him telling him to go back to school because his education seems to be poor.

1 Timothy 2:11-15 A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent etc.
1 Corinthians 14:33-35 ...women should remain silent in the churches (and following).
1 Corinthians 11:3-16 Now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man (and following).
Colossians 3:18 Wives, submit to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.

Teni don't even go there o. Na so Tiwa Savage do go marry major liability. When she got tired, she didn't allow us to rest with "I was the one providing for the home ". It's a man's job to provide for his family and your job as a woman is to assist him when he isn't able to provide due to one reason or the other. But let him first get used to the idea that he is the provider first so that he can feel bad when he can't.
