My problem is not that the south east did not get any thing. No be today the thing start. My pain is that the south east will still pay for those borrowed funds that they did not benefit from in one way or the other with their resources. I think that the various zones that benefitted from those funds should pay with their own resources. If this happens, then I am very okay with the borrowed funds.
