First things first destroy the notion of "best" from your head. Ain't no such thing. Node and django are different tools that reach the same goal in different ways. They use different languages, node is async, django is mature, e.t.c if u know python already it'll be easier to learn django, if u know javascript it'll be easier to learn node/express.
