The Benue state government said all goat owners should tie their goats to prevent them from destroying people's farms. The goat owners protested that they don't have money to buy ropes due to the lack of sales as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The young man was sympathetic to their course and decided to help them out by solving their immediate needs.
Would you rather he let their goats roam and get confiscated by government anti open grazing agents?
This may seem ridiculous but it sure solved a problem for the immediate community.

He has just delivered his own DEMOCRACY DIVIDENDS to his people.
