Former Playboy Playmate Ashley Mattingly died of a self-inflicted gunshot, her autopsy report revealed Friday. Mattingly, 33, who was found dead in her Austin, Texas, home in April, put a handgun in her mouth and pulled the trigger, according to the Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office’s report, obtained by TMZ. The report also includes toxicology results indicating Mattingly had opiates and benzos in her system when she died.
