laurel03: dangote has always used the fg to fight against his competitors when he entered d cement business, he crashed d price of cement n after having a good market share increase d price again. he collects loan at 9% while oda smaller business run at very high interest rate all in d name of building refinery. tax concession yet d road at apapa is still suffering n his trailers killing n maiming people every now n den there is no business in Nigeria dat has d kind of preferential treatment given to Dan dangote. he wanted to produce tomato paste den suddenly ur senate issued a ban, dat foreign tomato paste is dangerous for our consumption n till date he was not able to produce one tomato paste, sugar same thing n till today he can't compete with st Louis Dan to meet senate for a ban on sugar, Buhari closed border to rice importation in no distant time dangote was building a rice mill n he couldn't compete in flour hence sold it to olams. let dangote go into production of cars if there won't b ban on foreign cars Dangote can't compete in a free n fair market without govt interferance now he can't stand competition from BUA hence using federal might to suffocate dem. tomorrow when his refinery us completed Nigerians will know how far 12 Likes |

donjazet: It just very surprising how Nigerians haven’t seen that Dangote is one of Nigeria’s major problems. Dangote uses underhand business tactics to grab market share and establish monopoly after which he drives the market solely for his profiting without regard to the masses while also using his finances to influence government at all level again solely for his own benefit without wasting any thought on Nigerians. Boycott his products and watch the market grow and prices drop. You just wait till his refinery is complete then you guys would start buying fuel at constantly soaring cut-throat price. 1 Like |

laurel03: Who told you that he didn’t frustrate Lafarge cement? A few years ago when Dangote upgraded to 42.5R cement grade & Lafarge was yet to do the same Dangote made so much noise to kill Lafarge’s market claiming it’s the less than 42.5R grade that made building & houses to collapse so govt should put measures on such |
