The bungalow have 14 by 14ft rooms each, all ensuite. Now we are proposing a 12 by 12ft room for the building (all ensuite). Of course, we added some spaces to the building to accommodate for the stairs and d second sitting room.

In all, the old building sits on a 60ft by 33ft space.

This new construction is going to be on 68ft by 33 ft space.

Hey guys, am so sorry I have not updated you for quite a while now. It's been a very busy week, but in all we are grateful.

We are done with the demolition of some parts of the building, and we have started the foundation setting out coupled with the iron setting out for the pillars. In all, we will have 30 pillars in this building.

Good afternoon all, it's been a while since we last updated. Sorry, we have been occupied with so many things that we forgot that updating you guys should be regular. Hopefully, in the following weeks, we will make that adjustment.

So, here we are. The decking iron works is almost completed. The electrical pipes are being installed and the plumbing pipes has been completed. By God's grace, we should do the casting very soon.
