That is the best tactics they will use to retain power in the north.

Using Buhari to destroy APC, PDP will select Atiku for president and the cycle will continues.

North has sacrificed Yobe, Borno & Adamarwa to Boko haram.

It won't be a big deal to now sacrifice katsina, sokoto or any other state to retain power come 2023.
